Clarissa Arrazola is a Northern Virginia native, certified wellness coach and holistic nutritionist, and Master of Science in Health Care Management (MSHCM). As a mom of two and an advocate for chronic illness prevention, she founded ZenQuarter to help make mental wellness a natural priority in people’s day-to-day lives. In addition to shaping ZenQuarter, Clarissa manages corporate relations accounts for a leading healthcare association, applying her knowledge of whole-person health and partnership building to both her professional work and wellness initiatives. She helps women bridge the gap between mental wellness awareness and daily practice. She specializes in bringing sensitive topics to the surface and providing tangible tools for resilience, creating spaces that are deeply supportive, practical, and grounded in reality.

True wellness thrives on collective wisdom. ZenQuarter brings together a diverse network of voices to support every part of the journey—from expert-led webinars featuring wellness professionals to hands-on workshops and podcast conversations with fellow entrepreneurs. By blending specialized expertise with real-world experience, these partnerships ensure the community has access to a well-rounded range of resources and relatable support.

ZenQuarter is a space for women who are ready to move beyond just talking about mental wellness to actually practicing it. Whether navigating the complexities of motherhood or the pace of a busy lifestyle, the community is united by a common goal: to prioritize their well-being and cultivate a life that feels as good on the inside as it looks on the outside.
