Nicole Keler and Angie Zara
Founders
In the face of growing student behavior challenges, rising special education needs, and mounting stress for both educators and parents, Nicole and Angie recognized a critical need for change. They saw firsthand the toll the pandemic had taken on families and schools and knew something had to shift to help communities adjust to the new realities of post-pandemic education.
That’s why they founded LiveWellEd in 2023: with the goal of supporting parents, children, and educators as they respond to the evolving needs of today’s education system. From the beginning, the mission has remained clear: to make the educational experience the best it can be for all children and their families, helping them thrive no matter the challenges they face.
LiveWellEd is uniquely positioned to understand the dynamic needs of organizations serving children and adolescents in this new landscape. Our experience solving complex, real-time challenges inside school buildings both before and after COVID sets us apart from consultants without field-based expertise. Combined with deep knowledge of trauma, educational neuroscience, and special education policy, our work is grounded in both research and reality — shaped by the national need for meaningful change.
At LiveWellEd, we are committed to addressing the education crisis from every angle: parent support, child coaching, and organization-wide systems coaching. We believe mental health and social-emotional well-being are integral to every child’s learning experience — and that adult well-being is directly connected to child well-being.
Access to quality education is one of the most powerful drivers of societal change. We are here to leverage our expertise to help make that change possible.
